Can I use my Gift card immediately?

The Gift card is packed in a sealed gift box for security reasons and is only valid after it has been activated by us. You can easily have this activated by us via the customer service page. Enter your name, email address and telephone number. Put "Gift Card" in the subject line and request activation of your Gift card in your message. Mention the card number (not the card code) that you can find on the back of the Gift Card. Immediately after activation you will receive a confirmation and you can start shopping.

How can I redeem my Gift card?

Enter your Gift card code at "Gift card / Voucher code" and click on activate. Your credit will be settled automatically. Any remaining amount remains valid for a subsequent purchase. If the value of your purchase is higher than the value of your Gift card, the amount still to be paid can be paid through the payment options offered by NOOBLU.

What is the balance of my Gift card?

The value of your Gift card is stated on the back of the card. If you have made a purchase before and you want to know the remaining balance, you can request this from our customer service.

How long is my Gift card valid?

The NOOBLU Gift card is valid indefinitely. The same applies to any remaining amount.

Can I return or exchange my Gift card for money?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or exchange for money. However, the Gift card is valid indefinitely and the collection is regularly expanded with new home and lifestyle accessories.
